iPersonality is a people analytics platform that offers behavioral assessments, OKR management, climate listening, 360 performance reviews, and individual development plans, among other features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features, in whole or in part, at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

The information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access unauthorized areas or data, and not to compromise the security or integrity of the service.

Extracting, reproducing, or redistributing content from the platform without authorization is prohibited.

All software, trademarks, content, and materials on the platform are the property of iPersonality Global Institute S.L. or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant any ownership rights in the platform.

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the provision of the service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We strive to keep the platform continuously available, but interruptions may occur for scheduled maintenance, updates, or for reasons beyond our control. Whenever possible, we will give advance notice of maintenance windows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPersonality Global Institute S.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

The platform is provided "as is," without implied warranties beyond those required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time, without prejudice to obligations already incurred.

These terms are governed by the laws of Espanha. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the controller's domicile, unless a mandatory legal provision requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
